Biography, Administrative History and Provenance: en Mignonne “Midge” Bouvier was born in Lewiston, Maine on June 27, 1929 to Romeo and Blanche Bouvier. She worked for the Army for some time, then as Frank Coffin’s personal assistant throughout his career. She has knowledge of the Franco-American community in Lewiston.
